Eric Heyer

Eric Heyer

 Eric, the proprietor and operator of Heyer Quality Care, has been actively engaged in the special needs community since 2014. From 2014 to 2017, he gained valuable experience as a direct support professional, providing assistance to individuals with special needs. In 2017, Eric took a bold step forward by establishing and successfully managing his own agency, Heyer Quality Care, which is dedicated to serving the special needs community. Eric takes great pride in supporting individuals with special needs and is committed to running his agency in a manner that ensures the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders. 

Francisco Jacobs

Frank Jacobs

 Frank is the first direct support professional to be employed at Heyer Quality Care. In recognition of his exceptional dedication, he received the Iron Man award in 2019 for surpassing all others in terms of working hours. Furthermore, he achieved the prestigious title of Most Valuable Support Person in 2020. In 2024 Frank earned the silver cup trophy for working over 1,500 hrs. In 2025 Frank earned the Mike Jacobs award named after his own brother for being the runner up to the MVP.  Additionally, Frank has been acknowledged as an all-star on three separate occasions. As our inaugural member, he stands out as an individual of remarkable kindness and trustworthiness. His compassionate nature, akin to a heart of gold, radiates when interacting with the special needs community. 

Diana Anjos

Diana Anjos

 In 2022, we welcomed Diana Anjos as our esteemed Rookie of the Year. Diana's contributions to the HQC team were exceptional, as she consistently exceeded expectations in assisting her clients and providing unwavering support to her family during challenging times. In 2023, Diana further distinguished herself by becoming the HQC MVP. In 2024 & 2025, Diana earned the silver cup trophy for working over 1,500 hrs. Her compassionate nature and genuine concern for others make her an invaluable asset to our organization. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring individual overseeing our operations. 


Angela Cannon

 Our esteemed Rookie of the Year for 2023 is Angela. She made a remarkable impact on HQC, swiftly transitioning to a full-time employee within her initial months. In 2024 Angela received the silver cup trophy for working over 1,500 hrs. In 2025 Angela also took home the Red Ruby Award.  Angela consistently demonstrates her exceptional baking talents, contributing to our joyous birthday and anniversary celebrations. Notably, Angela exhibits genuine concern for her clients, diligently striving to enhance their lives in every possible manner. 


Rick Bartow

Rick Bartow

 Rick commenced his employment with HQC in the year 2022. In recognition of his outstanding performance, Rick was bestowed with the prestigious All-Star Award in the subsequent year, 2023. His composed and serene demeanor is universally admired by all who have the pleasure of interacting with him, particularly his esteemed clientele. Once an individual with special needs has the privilege of meeting Rick, they develop an unwavering attachment to him, and HQC wholeheartedly reciprocates this sentiment, ensuring his continued presence within our organization. 


Jennifer Quiles

Jennifer Quiles

 Jennifer joined HQC in 2022. Jen is a three time silver cup award winner for working over 1,500 hrs Jennifer is responsible for managing our southern New Jersey branch, and HQC is grateful to have her as the esteemed representative of our organization in the region, providing exceptional support to individuals. 


Matthew Hicks

Matthew Hicks

Matthew's exceptional performance propelled him to unprecedented success within HQC, achieving the remarkable feat of becoming only the second rookie MVP in 2024. in 2025 Matt also became the first ever back to back MVP. His composed nature and compassionate character contribute to his widespread popularity.  He consistently demonstrates a willingness to assist colleagues and clients alike, suggesting a promising and bright future within HQC. 


Piyada Heyer

Piyada, our 2024 Rookie of the Year, rapidly ascended to the top of the rookie class within just 6 months and is also already a full-time employee. in 2025 Piyada stepped up her game even more earning the silver cup award.  Her exceptional performance and client demand make her a valuable asset to HQC.  She is the difference maker!


Rosana Landis

 Rosana joined HQC in 2024. In 2025, Rosana was honored with the Red Ruby award, recognizing over 1,000 hours of dedicated service. Rosana consistently commits her full workweek to a single client. While this focused approach can present unique challenges, Rosana has excelled in this role, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. 


Sabrina Sevigny

 Sabrina commenced her tenure with HQC in 2024. By 2025, she was honored with the Red Ruby award, recognizing her dedication of over 1,000 hours of service. Sabrina contributes her advanced social work expertise, evidenced by her master's degree, to our agency. She is recognized for her intelligence, diligence, and unwavering commitment to her clients. 

Erin Medrow

 Erin commenced her tenure with HQC in 2025. She was awarded the Red Ruby in her inaugural year and was a close contender for Rookie of the Year. Erin allocates her time equally between her parental responsibilities and her contributions to the special needs community. 

Gabby Anjos

  Gabby joined HQC in 2025, continuing a family legacy established by her mother, Diana. Following her mother's distinguished achievement, Gabby was honored with the Rookie of the Year award, making them the first mother-daughter duo to receive this prestigious recognition. Gabby exemplifies dedication, balancing her responsibilities as a parent, pursuing her college degree, and maintaining a full-time role at HQC. We are fortunate to have her as a member of our team.
